As a courtesy , we will call, text or email to confirm your service treatment prior to your appointment date. Please confirm changes to your appointment as soon as possible. Missed appointments and late notifications of cancelation will be charge a cancelation fee or will result in forfeiting of your deposit.
A non-refundable deposit fee is required to book your experience and deposits will be applied towards your balance.
Please provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule a treatment.
Late cancelations or no shows will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
Late Arrival
We understand that it can be difficult at times to arrive on time for appointments. Please call/ text and let us if you will be late. We will try our best to accommodate you. However out of respect for other clients’s time we can not guarantee your full service time if you are late.
Our services require sufficient time to properly prepare the room for your experience. We kindly ask for your considerations when booking and canceling.
Virtual Consultations
If you are more than 10 mins after the consultation time begins, your appointment will be canceled. Please make sure you are in a well lit room with minimal noise so we can see and hear each other clearly during the consultation.
